Pi Shurlok is a world-class electronics manufacturing business based in Pietermaritzburg. The company was originally acquired by the Group in 1981 and has over 30 years of electronics manufacturing experience, including manufacturing to the particularly high quality standards demanded by the automotive industry.

Its core areas of focus comprise instrumentation, vehicle security, electronic control units and telematics.

The Pi Shurlok plastics injection moulding facility is based in Port Elizabeth and manufactures battery housings for the automotive market.

CI Automotive is based in South Africa and sells premium branded products to the automotive aftermarket in sub-Saharan Africa. The brands, all leaders in their market segments, are either owned or distributed exclusively by CI Automotive.
